記得多年前光顧過銅鑼灣的"魂", 那時常常都有長人龍排隊, 最近發現它搬來太子, 就去回味一下當年的味道。魂拉麵$89 & 太極拉麵$99: 兩個湯底都是豚骨湯為主, 分別是太極有一半溝上墨魚汁湯, 豚骨湯清清地, 唔太咸唔太杰唔章口, 是可以飲的湯底, 墨魚汁湯就有陣咸鮮味, 拉麵比較淋身, 玉子都幾軟熟, 叉燒亦是, 肥瘦適中。八爪魚波波$18: 是炸墨魚丸粒粒, 有墨魚肉在內, 都幾香濃。日本枝豆拌海鹽$12: $12有超多的枝豆, 超抵食, 估唔到, 食拉麵都補充到足夠纖維, 好正。日式炸雞塊$20: 即叫即炸, 好有誠意, 熱辣辣脆卜卜, 好滋味, 雞肉亦滑, 不過肉唔算豐厚。烤日本味淋魚乾$15: 比坊間的同類作品, 有少少乾同硬, 不過咁既價錢無野好講啦, 性價比高。用平板黎點餐, 都幾環保, 不過系統可以再改良, 例如加入麵條硬度和湯底濃淡, 就完善一點。
