係公司春茗上抽中現金獎既我,又被同組同事屈左去請食飯,咁我個組人又唔係多,所以就算喇~而請得人食野,我就定會揀d好少少既餐廳,但當然都唔想去咁遠,於是就去左這酒家~~~韭菜炒腩肉~~油水好好,韭菜色澤好靚,炒得嫩嫩綠綠,咸香適中,不會過火,食得出好有鍋氣!!佛跳墻係真材料良心作!因為盅入面又鮑魚又海參又瑤柱,湯底濃郁無味精,鮮甜到爆,好味!!呢碟百里香雪花牛肋排都係好野!牛肋排厚切無呃人,肉質鮮嫩,同醬汁嘅搭配非常好,口感juice,用來送埋碟旁既意粉一齊食就更滿足,最後我地連汁都食鬼晒同埋去得酒樓唔少得既燒腩仔就梗要食過先安落喇!呢度既燒腩仔皮脆肉嫩,肥瘦適中,一食就感到口中有好多種層次同時發生,個感覺好正~食畢埋單每位都係2百左右,都算合理,同廚師堅炒得d餸有鍋氣
