To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好少有地屋企無早餐食要自己買，平時經過都想試犀牛犀牛，但又正常午晚餐都唔會買外賣，今日機會終於黎！叫左早餐set，肉鬆蛋捲餅連凍熟成奶茶 $41。餅係類似蔥油餅咁，內有雞蛋肉鬆，仲有青瓜絲！無人排隊之下，落單到取餐大約2分鐘，好快！捲餅唔係超級熱辣辣，但都係熱的，入面既蛋硬左少少但都還好，青瓜絲都多減低左少少食肥仔早餐既罪惡感，整體不錯同算大份，唔慣食咁heavy早餐表示好飽。不過杯奶茶可能一早整好，冰應該溶咗有啲淡，奶茶味不突出，之前下午茶買即整好味好多，但個size係正常好大杯，早餐跟餐都唔會比細你。
