Hong Kong Style Tea Restaurant Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身係因為外賣平台而認識明珠冰室，常餐周圍都有得食，但配迷你菠蘿油真係少見，特別外賣可以有呢個質素真係好好。點知最近冇得再係外賣平台叫，惟有親身去到聯和墟食，冰室環境設計懷舊，門口有傳統雪櫃再配玻璃樽汽水，充滿童年回憶，而室內燈光充足又乾淨，冇咗一般茶餐廳嗰種昏暗同污糟嘅感覺。一如以往叫常餐，除咗欣賞菠蘿油，亦都欣賞個炒蛋，每次都做到滑蛋嘅水準，沙嗲牛肉嘅牛肉都好厚身，好足料。臨走問店員點解冇得再嗌外賣，原來因為平台縮短咗送餐距離，睇嚟以後要再食都要親自去啦！
