omakase 就算未食過都應該聽過,但主要食貝類既omakase 真係第一次聽,今次就去到旺角試下呢間咁特別既omakase 係咩料子~竹($380)時令貝蕃茄野菜沙律今次既時令貝係北寄貝,夠厚身而且肉質爽口鮮甜,加上新鮮既蕃茄野菜沙律,感覺幾清新磯煮南非鮑魚鮑魚炆得好入味,而口感仲保持到鮮嫩彈牙季節貝湯今次係貝柱龍蝦湯,貝柱鮮甜爽口,同嫩滑既豆腐係口感上形成強烈對比,龍蝦湯味道濃郁。一定要襯熱飲~日式清酒煮蜆蜆肉幾大隻,鮮甜而且帶海水味清酒燒白子貝帶淡淡既酒香味,味道比煮蜆更濃郁~鐵板燒龍蝦&貝炒野菜龍蝦肉質爽口彈牙,廚師調味做得岩岩好,輕輕既咸味帶出左龍蝦既鮮甜味。鐵板燒貝類炒飯炒飯係用珍珠米,比我地食開既泰國米更煙韌。而且廚師炒得夠乾身,米飯粒粒分明。加埋貝柱同蔬菜粒除左增加口感之後,仲釋出一份鮮甜味。
