西式自助餐就食得多啦,中菜真係聞所未聞,今晚同屋企人去了尖沙咀的利寶閣,晚市以中式放題為主,每位約$300,比西式自助餐平一大截,而且每位都會送上蟹、湯及鮑魚等貴價中菜。花膠響螺雞湯花膠細細件但膠質豐富,雞湯有螺肉的鮮甜,完全無味精。花雕蒸奄仔蟹蟹肉新鮮,加上花雕蒸,有淡淡的酒香,而且蟹膏豐富。原隻鮑魚花菇鮑魚炆至腍彈,而且不算細隻,絕無欺場,花菇更是又腍又入味。北京片皮鴨鴨皮新鮮脆口,肉質鬆化,加上大葱及青瓜配料,十分美味。燒味拼盤有乳鴿、燒腩仔、叉燒等,燒腩仔皮脆肉嫩,黑毛豬叉燒燒至帶焦香肉又腍。酸菜魚魚肉嫩滑,酸辣開胃。其他炸點即叫即製。最後不少得的甜品,奶皇西米撻新鮮熱辣,奶皇香甜。
