朋友生日,喜歡韓國文化的他建議食韓國菜,最後便選了在尖沙咀寶勒巷的Bong樓尖中韓fusion菜。甫入門口便見到各式Dry aging的肉類,感覺認真專業。座位十分舒適寛闊,格調簡約整潔。前菜三小碟,竟不是傳統韓式泡菜,有點出乎意料。辣海鮮湯麵 $116湯麵大大碗,海鮮材料豐富多樣,有蝦仁、帶子、蜆同魷魚。麵質爽口,湯底鮮甜,不算太辣。肉絲兩張皮 $198傳統韓式手法,把食材都切成細絲狀。「兩張皮」是中國東北的粉皮。整度菜就像是熱版的「撈起」,我們當然撈起一返,攪攪意頭和氣氛!韓式蝦多士 $88蝦膠鮮甜彈牙,芝麻炸皮十分香脆,有驚喜!
