To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人人都談論永年搬到尖沙咀既事,我就趁虛試下,午飯時間人很多排隊排到外面,不過流動得都算快,由一開始排到坐低大概用了20-25分鐘,當中計堆落單,攞野食同搵位時間,快唔快都係見仁見智。最好味係豬紅,水餃不是現做,是冰鮮的,所以一般,雞翼都係一般,幼麵既話太硬了,我食左兩啖就放棄左。綠茶紅豆冰不可選甜度和冰量,因紅豆控制了甜度。不過我覺得整體黎講都係一般,有小小雷聲大☔️少,可因為麪個度比較失望;友人說陳皮魚蛋好特別,好有陳皮味,另外雞翼尖都係必食,可惜我唔食尖尖既
