試咗尖沙咀新竹園軒嘅奢華珍饈2人套餐,原價$1,080,依家做緊優惠$580/位,真係超級抵食😍首先上枱嘅係生拆蟹肉翅,呢碗湯一上枱已經聞到陣陣蟹香。湯底鮮甜,蟹肉一絲絲,配埋魚翅嘅Q彈口感,yummy 😋接住係芝士龍蝦,大大隻龍蝦肉質鮮甜,配上香濃嘅芝士醬,味道濃郁但又唔會過膩。底下鋪咗一層伊麵,吸晒龍蝦汁同芝士醬,每一啖都好滿足。清蒸海斑係我哋其中一個最期待嘅菜式,海斑新鮮得嚟肉質嫩滑,蒸得啱啱好,魚味濃郁又唔會過咸,保持住魚嘅原汁原味。配埋豉油同蔥花,真係完美嘅搭配。8頭鮑魚拼遼參。鮑魚煮得好腍好入味。遼參亦都唔錯,感覺滿滿骨膠原。帶子西蘭花呢道菜色香味俱全。帶子煎鮮味,配埋清甜嘅西蘭花,味道清新又健康。最後主食係瑤柱蛋白炒飯,炒飯粒粒分明,瑤柱嘅鮮味滲透入每一粒飯。飯後甜品係南瓜露及咋喳。
