尖沙咀食野選擇多,今次黎到呢間係瑞生酒店上面既酒吧餐廳食野,餐廳分左戶外同戶內既area,氣氛好唔錯~另外值得一提既係呢度既侍應好熱心態度好好😄飲品上枱之後,好主動咁介紹翻每一杯飲品既特色、用料產地等等。 1⃣️鮮蝦煙肉意式多士($68) 焗過既多士上面加上蝦球同埋鹹香煙肉片,食到青醬既味道,仲有啲mozzarella cheese,開胃前菜🤤 2⃣️自家製焗蟹肉餅($128) 食到一絲絲既蟹肉,配上酸酸甜甜既紅菜頭汁,仲有啲入曬味既車厘茄。 3⃣️燴澳洲牛面頰($328) 牛肉好軟淋😋好入味!個底仲有塊蘿蔔片。伴碟既和薯餅好脆,入面口感都幾綿~ 4⃣️慢煮伊比利亞黑豚肉($198) 個粉嫩粉嫩既顏色好吸引🥰配上薯蓉同埋以梨製成既汁,甜甜地更加凸顯肉香。 5⃣️First Kiss($88) 佢係冷泡玫瑰茶加蘋果汁,幾清爽,唔飲酒既人啱曬。 6⃣️The Pearl($128) 個名同餐廳一樣,應該係招牌,呢款cocktail係帶佛手柑香味,加上champagne調成既,飲到帶淡淡果香,都幾易入口~
