To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晏晝放lunch去咗iSquare嘅上海婆婆,想試下佢哋嘅上海菜。呢度嘅菜式好符合我嘅口味,帶有一點甜味,唔會太油膩,亦都冇辣,完全係我鍾意嘅風格。首先,我試咗*乾燒蝦酥盒*,外皮金黃酥脆,裡面嘅蝦肉鮮甜,口感一流。接住嚟係*飄香鳳梨雞*,雞肉嫩滑,配上香甜嘅鳳梨,味道好特別。再來就係*蔥爆牛肉*,牛肉炒得剛好,蔥香四溢,搭配上米飯真係無得輸。而*韭黃炒鱔糊*就更加係一絕,鱔魚鮮嫩,韭黃嘅香味正好襯托出咗海鮮嘅鮮美。最重要嘅係,呢度仲有好多點心可以選擇,令我一次過滿足晒兩個願望。小炒菜式仲好夠鑊氣,以後晏晝又多咗個長期食堂😋
