To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去尖沙咀食台式菜，茶木，餐廳位於isquare，正正尖沙咀地鐵站上蓋，非常便利。打開餐牌，食物種類非常多，小食，主菜，套餐，都可以選擇。-路邊攤小食鹽酥雞扒，鹽酥福州魚丸，台式烤香腸，小食拼盤有呢三款美食。鹽酥雞扒炸得鬆脆，充滿肉汁。鹽酥福州魚丸內裏有乾坤，咬開魚丸係爆漿的魚丸，非常有驚喜。台式烤香腸配上生蒜一齊食，完全係衝擊味蕾嘅美食。-台式麻辣半筋半牛拌麵麻辣味道夠惹味，半筋半牛份量多，煮得夠淋夠入味，麻辣味又唔會蓋過濃郁的牛肉味。麵條煮得剛剛好，有咬口，唔會太闊，用作拌麵掛汁一流。-鹽酥炸排骨麵炸排骨，即是炸豬扒，外面炸得鬆脆可口，內裏豬扒咬落口感豐富，充滿肉汁，配上濃郁湯底的麵條，絕對是最佳的配搭。-評分 : 7/10
