朋友介紹到尖沙咀金馬倫道The Cameron,有間新開既Oyster House 法國菜餐廳, 滿有期待去食,可能新開,地下還未有招牌,搭玻璃箱既lift ,一開門見到一幅好突出既油畫,望到餐廳內已見到高級既裝修,Menu相對簡單,有分wine, Osyter 各一頁, 食物由兩頁紙覆蓋,見到餐牌響叫蠔果版寫左如叫酒就可以discount price 食蠔,咁當然要叫埋先match la ,問店員邊隻白酒會fruity 啲,選了智利白酒Central Valley $188, 好清香, 如叫咗酒, 食蠔就可享有discount prices ,抵好多, 當然兩樣都叫啦。 跟住叫生蠔,Menu 好多款唔知選邊隻好。店員介紹了Ireland Irish rock,雖然細隻啲,但夾雜海水味,都好鮮甜,之後食超大隻既蠔,New Zealand Oyster Yellow Stone ,好新鮮,蠔味好突出,較creamy , 頭盤叫了白汁青口$138 , 難得大隻多肉,配埋蒜片同蕃茄,個汁creamy得黎有啲白酒香味, 實在太好味,直程可以配意粉, 食埋啲汁就更好喇, Menu上湯只有一款,
