位於尖沙咀韓國街,家庭式經營,木系裝潢,有種温馨感覺。店員中文可能唔太叻,落單就自已寫紙仔比佢。落完單,會送上三碟前菜,每次去都有少少唔同,今次有經典辣泡菜、豆芽同豆角。泡菜應該自家醃,唔會過酸過甜,辣度適中易入口,🔸鐵板炒魷魚五花肉 $168成個小山丘,頗大份。魷魚新鮮彈牙,冇雪藏味。五花肉薄切,肥瘦相簡,表皮動L,感覺充滿膠原蛋白。建議加白飯$15‼️個辣醬拌埋煮腍既洋蔥,餸飯一流。🔸海鮮煎薄餅 $143看似價錢好貴,但有約10吋大,份量比我常見既大一倍。用鐵板上,可以保持温度。餅邊位薄脆,中間鋪滿韭菜,入口軟熟。海鮮主要有魷魚,建議蘸韓式醋醬,主要係醬油加醋,微酸帶鹹,配餅幾夾的。
