放工去居酒屋食下野放鬆下,揀左黎尖沙咀既漁道樂,裝潢好有日本風味,仲有榻榻米既座位😌員工好熟悉餐牌,上菜既時候仲會介紹食物比我地😄雖然食物價錢都唔平,但係都食到相對應既質素,無論刺身壽司,定係炸物、燒物,每一樣都留到好好既印象比我地😋1⃣️平正魚刺身($798)🤩呢個係餐廳季節限定既生瑜魚刺身!新鮮由日本空運到黎既飛機魚。未必日日都係一樣既,想食都要睇下好唔好彩。平正魚都係第一次食第一次見,主廚有兩種切法處理生魚,一種係薄切,有種係厚切。薄切既可以配附上既酸汁食,而厚切既就建議配wasabi同䜴油食,可以食到兩種唔同既風味同口感👍 2⃣️極上壽司大盛($498) 店員話壽司既種類都會因應每日魚生既質素同供應有所變動。當日有海膽、赤背、牡丹蝦、帶子、三文魚籽、油甘魚腩、大拖羅、赤身,每一款都係好新鮮好有質素😳特別係海膽!食落係夠鮮甜而且一啲都唔腥,好正❤️ 3⃣️味噌蟹甲羅($176)可以望住店員即席幫我地燒,入面除左有蟹膏之外,仲有蟹籽、鵪鶉蛋,燒完撈埋一齊食蟹膏味極濃厚🤤仲有蟹籽粒粒口感,好好食! 4⃣️牡蠣天婦羅($188)炸蠔我真係第一次食到咁大隻既😍有四大隻再加兩塊南瓜天婦羅。食落炸得
