今日去諾士佛台附近嘅一間餐廳食蒸氣石鍋如果唔係上網search都唔知道有間咁嘅餐廳佢嘅位置比較偏僻 上一條斜路 然後再上多一條樓梯先到餐廳一坐低店員即刻遞上一壺熱茶今次坐呢個位可以一次過睇晒兩部電視 好正呀!有兩個前菜今次揀咗南瓜排骨粥做底一開始將晒啲材料擺晒係底跟住就蒸蛋 加上黑松露醬即刻好食左好多好少見咁大粒嘅花甲 有驚喜喎薑末清蒸花蟹 花蟹鮮甜就咁樣點少少豉油已經ok大連鮑魚配上蟲草花一齊蒸 出奇地夾紐西蘭蟶子配上黑松露蒜蓉粉絲蒸粉絲已經一早淋左豉油好好味冬菜蒸馬友 魚味濃郁而且好滑👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻安格斯牛小排 肉味濃郁不過如果蒸嘅時間少番啲啲就好了手打墨魚丸 大大粒又彈牙甜梅菜蒸菜心苗食粥嘅時候可以選擇加芹菜 蔥 大頭菜份外野味😚😚😚😚最後食埋個芋頭西米露 畫上圓滿的句號😻
