Restaurant: HONG KONG DAY

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次卒之同老友踩單車衝出市區,老遠跑到嚟大嶼山踩一轉,晌欣澳起步,兜一兜迪士尼、迪欣湖,再沿翔東路入東涌,晌東涌食個晏之後再入機場維修區。中午嚟到東涌,大家都無咩心水食乜,嚟到「東堤灣畔」見到「香港地」,貪其落地玻璃,方便睇住泊晌對出圍欄架單車啫,食嘢對我哋嚟講都可以好求其。餐廳嘅環境幾悠閒,枱櫈嘅編排唔太逼,有啲前後排嘅位更加設透明屏風,予人感覺更安心。不過,入門口時,遇到位好大隻嘅阿姐啲態度就麻麻,有啲嘢想問咗先決定晌唔晌度食,佢就淨喺不停重覆又重覆叫你掃描「安心出行」先(當時只喺企晌門口近收銀位而已),咁如果我最終唔晌度食,咁又掃嚟做咩啫。其後,問佢攞啲凍水就黑口話無,俾咗杯超熱嘅熱水,擺明玩嘢。反正快手快腳食完就走,都唔同佢糾纏嘥我哋時間。除咗門口展示出是日午餐之外,落單都喺數碼化,用手機落單,不過,我就覺得至少俾個餐牌方便啲客睇睇,再者,有啲上年紀嘅無智能手機,或者唔太識用手機睇餐牌嘛。餐具、餐紙、糖包……等,用個小藤籃裝住,放晌枱邊,無遮無掩,衛生就梗喺無咁理想。最後,我哋簡單啲,都喺叫咗「常餐」($60),定價比出面啲茶記貴。農場炒蛋、火腿、香腸、牛油厚多士(常餐)點睇,

農場炒蛋、火腿、香腸、牛油厚多士(常餐)

點睇,都唔覺得塊多士厚囉,不過,啲蛋確喺炒得滑溜,好有蛋香,而火腿亦有煎過,無話白烚,食落亦唔喺啲平價貨,至於香腸用上啲豬肉腸,而唔喺平價嘅雞肉腸,算有誠意架嘢喇。

沙嗲牛肉麵(常餐)

老友嘅主食就要公仔麵,佢就話啲沙嗲牛肉幾得,除咗個沙嗲夠香、夠惹味之外,啲牛肉好腍滑,又好有肉香,應該喺有質素嘅貨色;至於啲公仔麵,OK啦,無過腍,無餬到,老友話已經可以收貨!

瑞士雞翼撈通粉(常餐)

沙嗲牛不時都食,反而瑞士雞翼少食,撈通粉都未試過。賣相好似幾好,但得兩隻雞翼感覺總喺覺得少咗啲,而味道確實喺唔錯嘅,酸酸甜甜好入味,通粉亦煮得有啲咬口,但既然撈通粉,喺咪應該俾多少少汁呢!

熱奶茶

老友就可樂配沙嗲牛麵,咁至夠爽,而小弟都喺忠於熱奶茶。奶茶嘅色澤幾對辦,入口茶味芳香,茶底真喺唔錯,茶奶嘅比例亦啱啱好,就算稱唔上絲滑,亦唔失禮。
