To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說因為叫得多外賣儲咗積分同優惠券，加上小妹好鍾意食日本野，呢期成日去元氣食壽司，其實食得唔多唔會去食放題，又唔會下下去食貴野，元氣真係個好選擇。每次都必點嘅鰻魚芝士卷，鰻魚配芝士係絕配，如果佢加埋牛油果會仲不得鳥～鰻魚汁juice加少少芝麻香近期愛上嘅左口耳，佢嘅油香好豐富，可以入口即融，呢款就帶有咬口😍灸燒左口魚灸燒完啲油份更香，今餐試咗三款，呢款係五星推薦！唔好睇佢白雪雪，外皮有少少焦香，魚肉滑溜，真係非同小可！呢款三文魚係比普通版好，其實元氣啲三文魚好一般，但係又好想食三文魚，所以食呢款頂頂當，灸燒係好食啲嘅！左口魚控，試曬三款，各有特別！灸燒最正～其實元氣係以前細個生日先有得食，而家大咗食多左好野，反而少食，最近男友有積分先再次光臨，大概食緊嘅係回憶哈哈
