新志記海鮮酒家,這家懷舊海鮮酒家充滿著舊香港食店情懷,記得當年我才七歲左右,便跟著家人一起來食晚飯,一轉眼又x拾年了!今日的食店當然裝修過,部份仍保留舊有特色,例如在牆身上寫滿各式小菜名稱。🍴南北仁菜乾豬肺湯先來盅燉湯滋補下,燉湯果然比明火煲湯明顯清甜滋潤,湯料十足豬肺豬肉金銀菜都有半盅,故一定好味!🍴炸大腸客家菜炸大腸,滿心歡喜期待可惜炸得太乾,硬如柴沒有味道,有點失望!🍴東江豆腐煲三大舊布包豆腐香豆味,魚肉爽鮮彈牙,加入陳皮多添幾份香氣!🍴薑蔥魚卜嘩.. 這煲薑蔥魚卜非常抵食,超多魚卜香酒味有鑊氣火喉十足。👍
