是日慶祝朋友生日,揀左間觀塘駱駝漆入而既串燒,book 左唔使排隊。燒冬菇同翠肉瓜,多汁厚切,但冇調味,要沾醬油食。燒得干身的粟米,但本身不甜多春魚都燒得夠干,但不太新鮮,而且魚類應該係燒之前調味先唔會腥。豬肉有醃過,肉質都嫩滑。燒蠔上的生蒜太生,冇燒熟,但蠔算新鮮,45蚊隻好似略貴。菠蘿多汁但唔甜。台灣腸冇可能難食,因為本身個味道已幾好。羊架邊位幾嫩,可能有肥膏,但入面啲肉略鞋。春雞成色不夠深,皮可以更脆口 ,但應該冇上蜜糖之類所以比較啞身。鵝肝和多士融為一體。啲飯咁白以為冇味,點知調左味既,仲倒左成碗醬油,大家記得唔好衝動。m6 和牛條,可惜冇咩牛味,肉質亦不夠嫩滑。
