To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去左大家樂到食晚餐在鐵板扒餐同火鍋餐的爭扎下我揀左鐡板餐因為今次既鐵板餐同前陣子略有不同醬汁方面:芝士汁(呢種汁的確好香濃,雖然本人很愛吃任何芝士類既東西,但略嫌這個汁太漏了,用了一半就冇落了)牛油餐包:若包的溫度是微暖會更好羅宋湯:我沒有選擇飲品而是要餐湯,羅宋湯的面浮起一大層油,完全不知如何入口,於是拿去換了另外一碗,換過後明顯少了八成油,第一碗咁油很明顯是廚師盛起時冇搞拌而致意粉:現在的選擇有意粉同白飯,而不再是之前的薯角很。我選擇了意粉,但很可惜意粉是放在鐡板上,試問意粉放在鐵板上乾煎會點?  一個字:燶。所以我將意粉搬到碗中,但始終有啲都燶左牛仔腸+雞扒:味道尚可
