朋友揍女返學, 終於有時間透透氣放鬆自己, 把握幾個鐘時間約埋一齊食好野, 早幾日book咗銅鑼灣【鮨㐂】食LUNCH OMAKASE。原來lunch除供應HK$980/位LUNCH OMAKASE外, 另有多款定食, 其中都有廚師發板嘅壽司定食選擇, 價錢由$408起。今次為LUNCH OMAKASE而黎, 最後都係揀咗HK$980位套餐。菠菜沙律: 沙律菜加咗酸醋, 酸味味令胃口大開, 另上菠菜、雲耳, 食落有層次。螢光魷魚墨汁蒸蛋: 口感好滑, 味道甘香, 咀嚼薄皮魷魚時食到有少少膏北海道縞蝦: 上面加上蝦膏、蝦籽、蝦仁mix埋嘅調味醬, 下層有九州太陽蛋汁, 令整體口感creamy, 鮮香味濃煙燻鰆魚: 加上茗荷、柚子酸汁, 魚質滑, 有少少柚子汁調味醃制三文魚籽、北海道海膽、磚菜: 海膽入口即溶, 所有配料一齊食, 鹹香味濃目光魚, 酸汁蘿蔔蓉: 皮薄脆, 酸汁蘿蔔蓉帶出魚味鰹魚配意大利黑醋: 酸味味, 皮甘甘地, 但冇魚鮮味目一鯛: 皮都是燒過, 為淡味魚, 魚味唔太出熟成金目鯛: 爽身, 細味都少少魚香時不知(三文魚): 比較少係omakase食到三文魚, 但原來呢條係因
