上次黎大埔時發現咗呢間新開嘅日式火鍋放題餐廳,聽到同行嘅食家話唔錯,所以決定下次嘅聚會就黎試下喇~ 餐廳都算幾大,而我地一行四個人就俾安排去坐卡位,私隱度都幾高嫁打邊爐最重要係咩?唔係個爐,而係個湯底,事關每一樣食材放落去煮熟時都會吸收湯嘅味道,所以湯底係好緊要嫁!! 呢到就有八款湯底可以揀,卡位有兩個爐,所以可以兩個唔同味道嘅湯底,但係咁又點可以滿足到我地啊?所以其中一個爐就要咗雙湯底,分別係味噌芝麻豆乳湯同地獄火岩湯,另外一個爐就揀咗壽喜燒甜醬油湯,呢個湯味道偏鹹,建議加多少少清湯平衡下見到餐牌上有多款唔同等級嘅牛肉,我地決定豪盡佢,任食日本國產黑毛和牛放題,因為嗌呢個,其實係可以食埋其他等級嘅肉類嫁,大家可以分辨下唔同等級嘅牛肉,同比較味道質感,唔洗講咁多,每一款牛肉都黎一碟先,唔該~望到各種紅色嘅牛肉,我呢個殿堂級食肉獸已經流曬口水喇,由於太多肉嘅關係,我都唔係好記得邊一碟係邊一款肉,但係我一定記得嘅係澳洲M6和牛,因為牛肉含有好多嘅脂肪,一大片嘅和牛,真係有入口即溶嘅感覺,口感非常柔軟,而且充滿濃郁嘅牛香,完全可以清楚知道唔同嘅牛肉等級,係存在著幾大嘅差異!!! 由於澳洲M6
