越南菜係我屋企其中一種至愛菜,好耐以前屯門只有一間小巴黎,而屯門市中心就超過5間越南菜,因為多就會有比較,亦會分得出高下,what the pho 係咁多間入面,無論品質,種類既選擇,亦係咁多間裡面最好個間推介菜色:紅酒燴牛尾:牛尾燜得林又入味,唔似其他餐廳「拿」到無晒肉味,紅酒汁味道帶有少少蕃茄酸甜味,雖然濃左少少,但可以接受!粉皮生菜包,有別於泰式生菜包,除了有粉皮一齊包黎食,炒肉碎有少少偏酸,適合不好辣既朋友,個人認為辣少少會更惹味冬蔭功炒粉,第一次嘗試,有不錯印象,下次會再叫!
