呢款生蠔質感比較厚實creamy,海水味同蠔味會比較輕盈,非常非常鮮甜!份量亦非常大,食起上黎好滿足!

師傅推介先食真鯛再帆立貝再海膽,按味道輕重口感去層遞,真鯛肉質比較結實,少少鮮甜。帆立貝比較坊間鮮甜爽口!!至於紫海膽非常新鮮,一如以往鮮甜,份量都非常多!

呢個相對油脂感更豐富,入口即溶,好滿足!豐富嘅油香口甘配埋芝麻非常突出!

池魚壽司 薑蔥
呢個相對油分冇深海池魚咁澎湃,但池魚嘅甜度就突出好多,魚味亦更突出!配薑蔥薑味反而冇咁突出搶走魚香,食落魚同蔥味徘徊口腔!

鹽潰清子鯛
魚齡較輕嘅鯛魚配醃過嘅新鮮櫻花葉。鯛魚味道相對輕盈,油分亦唔算重,但魚肉質感非常細嫩!配搭口味較重嘅醃潰櫻花葉,對比非常明顯!

吞拿魚中拖
魚肉鮮甜,油分均勻容易咬開,亦會有回甘感覺。個人比較喜歡中拖,因為油分肉感兼得,亦可以食多幾舊❤️!

大拖
呢個食開日本野嘅大家都唔會陌生,油分非常豐富,入口即溶,非常大嘅滿足感!師傅特意將芥辣比重增加少許,可以減低油膩感同時回甘更突出!

金鯛立鱗燒配牛油果醬
唔係好多地方食到立鱗燒,今日估唔到可以係呢到食到,薄鱗真係燒到直立式咁香脆,魚肉結實帶小小焦香,配豐盈嘅牛油果醬進食,牛油果令油膩感減少,兩者質感亦都有好鮮明嘅對比!好有新鮮感!!

佐賀蜜柑
呢個蜜柑係超級甜亦唔會有核,可以豪邁咁成個成個食。蜜柑甜度非常高但唔會有飽嗝感。食完仲想再食!口腔滿滿嘅蜜柑香氣為呢餐完滿咁打個句號!
