To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨晚和朋友放工決定來到雅都商場已經開了一段時間的food court吃晚飯，走了兩圈後，我們覺得這間標示「正宗檳城風味」的馬拉公公最吸引，就決定幫襯這間小店！🍽 馳名檳城亞參叻沙 HKD 48配料有魚蛋、魚片、鮮蝦、菠蘿片及蛋，賣相十分吸引。辣度我是點中小辣，已經有點刺激但仍蓋不著本身的魚香味，搭配米線讓我更品嘗到湯的鮮味，份量與價錢成正比！評分：5/5🍽 檳城肉骨茶配飯 HKD 52朋友不喜歡辣味，就點了這款肉骨茶，輕輕的藥材香味，配上排骨、雞蛋及油炸鬼，讓白飯變得十分惹味！！排骨入味，肉多，可惜因為拍照時間太久，而商場冷氣太大，肉骨茶極速已冷卻，幸好店主超級貼心，不介意幫我朋友翻熱肉骨茶，才能讓我們都嘗到熱辣辣超美味又不辣的正宗馬來西亞肉骨茶！評分：4.5/5🍽 鮮牛油咖央多士 (+蛋椰香) HKD 25必試的咖央多士，牛油及咖央醬夾在香脆的多士中間，咬下去時有流心的感覺，感覺超幸福！叫多一份也絕對不過份！(香脆多士建議盡快吃，否則會變硬不脆)評分：5/5桔仔話梅冰 HKD 10 (跟餐)開胃小飲，不過有點過甜，店主很友善幫我加了點水，味道淡很多就易入口！！評分：3/5檸檬薏米西米
