今日嚟到屯門置樂花園,次次經過都覺得呢間居酒屋好有特色,店舖散發出嘅唔止係日本風情,內裡應該好特別,終於有機會食喇🥳打開趟門,餐廳內掛滿唔同國家既國旗、日本既海報、廚師係日本參賽既照片、仲有好多支清酒,我想餐廳應該係一間以日本菜作為基礎既多國fusion菜小店。老闆兼大廚,毫無架子,、感覺隨性,一有客人黎到就熱情咁招呼,主動介紹有咩好食~ 原來佢仲曾經得獎呀,令我更加期待佢煮既食物🥳「芥末八爪魚沙律 $52」作為前菜,八爪魚刺係homemade的,用左wasabi作調味,配合每塊新鮮嘅生菜,令我地胃口大開🤩招牌菜「留民串燒拼盤 $98」賣相好吸引呀,雞軟骨炸到脆脆卜,排骨好特別呀,唔係好多居酒屋會有🤣 即刻有返啲香港風味~牛肉串,咬落去牛味溢出。竟然有串鴨腎,切落去好軟腍,食落一啲都唔腥。仲有燒茄子,火候燒得岩岩好,十分juicy。串燒食完唔會好口乾,証明無加過量既調味粉,有盡量運用食材本身既味道😋「野菌黑松露燴飯 $105」用左不同既菇類,包括大啡菇、雞髀菇,意大利黑松露醬同埋白松露烹調而成,難怪菇味如此濃郁,非常好食!😍😍我覺得呢間居酒屋好特別,菜式嘅構思同埋味道,都集中西日既美食
