To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日都經過依間餐廳,但係一直都冇行入去嘅意欲🥺可能因為係正角落頭同埋正正電梯口,好多時都費事企定定係度望佢門口個Menu,今日見少d人,望一望又好似幾啱食喎😳叫左黑毛豬鞍扒伴蘋果蓉配薯條($178)跟餐配左一份蘑菇湯同麵包,略嫌蘑菇湯蘑菇味唔夠濃厚,亦冇creamy嘅口感🙁個人覺得一間餐廳好食嘅豬,絕對難整過牛呢份豬鞍扒絕對係有驚喜😍唔會煎得太乾身,有口感,咬落去有韌度,亦好juicy,唔會有鬆肉粉味或者雪藏味😍唯一要彈嘅係外皮煎得唔夠脆,如果可以做到外脆內軟,就真係一流🤤不過以呢個價錢黎講,已經頗出色😌本身豬扒嘅調味已經足夠,加上唔會好似一般餐廳有一浸好大嘅雪藏味,所以就算唔點汁,都已經好夠味。反而點左隨餐附上嘅燒汁,會令到本身豬扒嘅味道略帶遜息。😢賣相唔差,但如果薯條可以另外擺開會更加好。因為食到中段,薯條已經變咗有少少油浸嘅感覺,因為薯條放咗喺豬扒底,吸收左豬扒嘅油份,令到薯條變淋左,係唯一嘅美中不足。

叫左黑毛豬鞍扒伴蘋果蓉配薯條($178)

略嫌蘑菇湯蘑菇味唔夠濃厚,
亦冇creamy嘅口感🙁

個人覺得一間餐廳好食嘅豬,絕對難整過牛
呢份豬鞍扒絕對係有驚喜😍
