呢間江仔記喺銅鑼灣我哋由細食到大,啱啱先發覺原來我哋從來未寫過佢😂咁就把握機會,今次寫咗佢先!紫菜墨魚丸米粉 ($47):紫菜要加$8,最難得嘅係坊間嘅紫菜好多都有沙,佢哋嘅紫菜居然係無嘅!墨魚丸彈牙,裏面仲有少少墨魚肉,幾有咬口,湯底偏向清淡,加一至兩滴辣椒就不得了😎牛腩根拼鳳城水餃米粉 ($47):鳳城水餃個靈魂係個蝦🦐到,如果蝦肉唔爽口彈牙,調味再好、被再薄嘅鳳城水餃就唔係嗰回事。佢哋嘅鳳城水餃無論係蝦肉嘅爽口度、調味和水餃皮嘅厚薄都恰到好處,認真唔錯!牛腩煮嘅時候略嫌耐咗咗少少,有少少老🤏🏻牛根就普普通通🤷🏿‍♂️
