To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果不是土瓜灣街坊,未必識得甘露,如果不是一套「大時代」,大家更加未必識得甘露。說起來,恐怕超過25年歷史了。多年來門面都沒多少改變,食物種類,除了主打的甜品外,亦兼賣小食。原先打算找母親喝下午茶,點知去左逛街,唯有食少少野打發時間。生菜魚肉湯平日同太太都係食糖水,今次反而要碗生菜魚肉湯,魚肉加入了鯪魚肉,比較認真,但有少許魚腥味,美中不足,湯底應該用燒過的柴魚熬過,不過不失吧!
