父親節食飯緊係要食豪d😎呢餐超豪海鮮宴精彩到唔可以唔俾good comments😍🤤如果你問我食過最正嘅象拔蚌一定係呢碟加拿大象拔蚌刺身👍🏻每片都晶瑩剔透盡顯刀工,點小小Wasabi加豉油更加襯托出佢嘅爽甜,最難得係連平時"潤"嘅位置一定要焯過先可以食,今日直頭可以當刺身食,利害!"黑松露蒸大元貝"搞搞新意思,捨棄左平時嘅蒜蓉粉絲,改用黑松露估唔到效果都相當出色(其實最重要係個元貝好新鮮🤣)元貝size特大!加上香濃嘅黑松露味口感相當滿足💓主角終於出場啦😍重六斤嘅阿拉斯加蟹💓個蟹蓋成個頭咁大🤣店員好有心咁幫我地切開細細舊,蒸嘅時間啱啱好而且超肥美啖啖肉,蟹畫入邊嘅膏高好甘香,我自己就鍾意將蟹腳mix蟹膏一齊食,錦上添花!分別有幾隻貝類,沙巴蜆同馬甲背,最令我難忘嘅一定係"胭脂蚌"size大而且係非常非常飽滿,咬落去好多汁又鮮甜!除咗海鮮類仲有少量嘅肉類同蔬菜,生菜黑豚肉精粹在於上面大量嘅黑椒,配合山菜食減少油膩感,黑椒又可以刺激味蕾!"金蒜蒸勝瓜"感覺上係蒸氣火鍋嘅必備菜式,果然都係冇得輸🤣最後一個高潮位就係海鮮粥,吸收晒所有之前海鮮嘅精華呢啖粥真係好食到飛起安慰屋企人食得好滿足!當然
