To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 筲箕灣電車路旁,增加不少餐廳,其中一間系金記冰室。午餐同友人去幫襯,門口大排長隆。雖然無派飛,大家秩序排隊。因為新開店鋪,好多人幫襯以及門店裝潢都新淨。傳統餐牌,以及現在普及方便客人落單的手機app程式餐牌。用支付寶或者微信就可以掃描落單,簡單方便快捷。而且可以選擇,少油,少鹽,少冰等口味要求。如果遇到無法使用手機點單,亦都可以傳統落單。發覺新大陸之金牌炒河+口水雞。四川重慶口水雞(例牌)川菜在港式餐廳流行,主要系小菜或者例牌前菜。見到隔離台小菜一碟,我地都蠢蠢欲動。茶餐的金牌幹炒牛河。可以選擇少油,炒得好快。而且廚房的確落少油,河粉整體而且幹身。因此我地嘗試將口水雞淋落炒河,味道又夠搭。野飲方面有特飲。因為想試一試菠蘿冰,可惜雪糕無左白色,原因系太多人叫白雪公主。因此,我呢杯雪山菠蘿冰,變左朱古力雪山菠蘿冰。菠蘿冰菠蘿新鮮,非罐頭。特飲算新穎。隨餐的羅宋湯。一個似碗似杯噶容器裝住,的確陪襯佢地員工的。傳統風味,新派演繹。
