原來英皇已經搬到以前南洋酒店的位置, 地點雖然隔涉, 但已被跑馬地的年代好多了 . 雖然疫情蔓延, 但和好友的開年飯怎樣也要吃. 來到駿景軒怎樣也要吃她的川菜, 因為好友不能吃辣, 水煮魚也得要大大減辣, 出來的效果也不錯, 除了魚肉嫩滑之外, 麻香味重, 辣味柔和, 我那個拍吃辣的老友也吃得津津有味. 至於脆皮雞, 外皮香脆, 雞肉也很蠻嫩滑, 只是雞的體型偏小, 邊肉也不多, $300半隻的價錢就有點高昂了. 拔絲咕嚕肉的咕嚕肉小塊, 拔絲效果不強, 炸皮有點分離, 但內裡的肉很Juicy. 最後的煲仔飯反而最有驚喜, 但是那個像煎堆般的金黃飯焦, 已叫人垂涎欲滴了!
