Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王清湯腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去咗澳門咖喱王清湯腩，以為係澳門嘢食，點知似茶記多，佢有川醬嘅菜式。川醬乾炒牛河我點咗川醬乾炒牛河，牛肉切得薄薄，入味，味道十足。川醬帶有一點辣味，但唔會太過火，反而令整碗牛河更加香濃。份量方面。 川醬雪菜肉絲炆米接住又試咗川醬雪菜肉絲炆米，呢碗米飯吸收咗所有嘅精華，雪菜，肉絲加川醬嘅味道幾夾。辣辣地幾開胃。不過，唯一令人失望嘅就係服務態度。職員似乎有想趕客人走嘅感覺，好似唔想我留喺度食得太耐。服務態度確實有待改善。
