知道元朗有間食巨型炸脾嘅小店係雞地附近,終於可以去試下。佢地由舊舖搬左去新舖後,更大更寬敞。主打雞脾飯,當然要試左先,其實我見到有其他人叫羊肉飯都好吸引🙈🙈雞脾飯可以配豉油汁或黑椒汁,喜歡濃味嘅我當然係揀黑椒汁。一上到枱,果然好大隻脾,同我塊面差唔多😂😂黑椒汁似學生飯嘅味道,食落好濃郁,甜甜地,好有回憶。咬落去皮脆肉嫩,雞皮炸得脆卜卜,食落好似薯片。肉質又唔會嚡口,仲好Juicy。本身雞脾已經醃過,不過加埋孜然粉會更惹味。哩間係食過咁多炸脾,個人最滿意嘅一間,下次要試羊肉飯。

雞脾飯可以配豉油汁或黑椒汁,喜歡
