Restaurant: Eight Treasures
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天同朋友去食，我已經是多次幫襯，但今次好失望，叫了一碗淨牛筋，唔使兩分鐘就上枱，以前起碼要等10分鐘。快不是好事，只說明了粗製濫做。湯底唔夠熱，牛筋過淋口，相比以前熱騰騰上枱真嘅差好遠，牛筋唔係淋就得架，要有咬口，而家食落似豆腐！超級失望！藥材湯底因唔夠熱所以唔好飲，香味還是有的！兩人埋單$248，價錢不便宜，但比唔到應有水準。再講油菜，店員主動話加腩汁，但出來只是加左甜豉油，唉，咁簡單都做唔到，又多樣野失望！一句：唔會再去
