This is 懐石料理 kaiseki ?!!!! .Overall experience is certainly NOT what I would consider kaiseki - "a type of art form that balances the taste, texture, appearance, and colors of food." 2. This was essentially steamed egg topped with pasta sauce, which covered all of the egg flavour. Felt like I was just eating pasta sauce. Did not like it.

4. Deep fried shrimp taro root and chestnut. I liked it, but again, not very appetizing especially to be called kaiseki.

Overall, for this price, food flavour and presentation, I would NOT recommend this to anyone.
