這個真的太驚豔了😍靈感是來自於上海菜中的小籠包😎不過餐廳換上了炸蝦肉雲吞去呈現!外皮好脆口,超酥脆的!而下面墊底的蟹膏醬亦非常惹味😚最特別的莫過於旁邊的一點一點貌似毫不起眼的啫喱/醬汁(?)般的質感,竟然分別是代表薑和醋,仿如吃小籠包般把雲吞沾上❤️這個完全是心思之作🫶🏻

至於這款野生鰻魚配上金華火腿清湯底真的別有一番滋味🥰個人十分欣賞它的湯底,因為有金華火腿,帶出的味道是非常鮮甜!而鰻魚真的很新鮮,吃起上來非常彈牙,好有口感🤩

另一款印象比較深刻的便是這款柱侯牛肉酥皮配上A3和牛😚酥皮超酥脆就不在話下,而裡面的柱侯牛肉餡料亦是非常juicy,完美保留着肉汁,一點也不會乾身!至於另一個重點當然是A3和牛,油脂豐富,牛味濃郁😍真的非常不錯😌😌
