每當有人叫我推薦荔枝角的美食,主打多國菜的monster kitchen 總是在我的心愛餐廳名單中。疫情前過來吃過幾次,質素一直不錯且價位相當親民,人均$1xx!今天難得來到荔枝角,就帶朋友來試試,看看能否保持水準(。•̀ᴗ-)✧⟡‧₊ 慢煮法式油封鴨腿野菌燉飯 ($128)毫不猶豫就點了這道廚師推介的菜式試試果然有驚喜!鴨腿大大隻,外皮酥脆,腿肉鹹香可口野菌燉飯夠creamy雜菌的香氣十足飯粒微濕潤不算很硬符合香港人的口味 ♥⟡‧₊ 澳洲M5和牛板腱 ($198)和牛一片片堆疊得很漂亮五成熟的牛板腱肉質軟嫩咬下去感受到和牛獨有的油脂香不過,稍為有少少筋配搭青花椒阿根廷青醬令整道菜的味道更有層次𓃽⟡‧₊ 自家製鹹鱈魚醬多士/ 醋醃洋蔥/ 三文魚籽($78)每件多士都餡料十足,誠意滿滿添加的三文魚籽更增添了鮮味但可能是鱈魚醬份量太多𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆟讓整體味道略顯鹹~
