To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收工之後, 成班同事去太湖"飲夜茶"去原先的夜茶, 變為late dinner, 因為一碟點心都無叫, 小菜做特價中 引死人咩中蝦選擇蒜蓉開邊蒸, 蝦肉鮮甜彈牙, 即使特價但味道質地絕對見得人 蒜蓉豉油好味得要叫碗白飯來送, yummy一人再來一個蟹粉小籠包, 廿蚊一個, 蟹粉極多, 像灌湯餃的做法, 咬開之後, 蟹膏流入湯中, 用匙更連湯一齊食, 唔使side哂d蟹粉柱侯牛腩煎米粉係另一美食, 牛腩係入口即化, 又極之有牛的味道, 就好似媽咪用壓力煲燉牛腩一樣咁好味鯪魚球豆腐煲就比較普通的一味, 鯪魚球落太多了, 多反而唔好食, 而且沒有胡椒的味道, 係唯一一樣食唔哂的食物價錢唔貴, 又幾好食, 所以成日都來
