我哋今日去咗芝加哥串燒酒場食飯,真係食得好滿足!我地試咗好多款串燒,每一款都有自己獨特嘅風味。燒菠蘿同茄子係好開胃嘅開始。燒烤過後嘅菠蘿帶出咗甜甜嘅口感,同茄子嘅香脆外皮同軟綿嘅內裡形成絕妙嘅對比,令人回味無窮。香蒜蔥花廣島蠔係一個真係令人驚喜嘅串燒。蠔肉鮮嫩多汁,配上蒜蓉同蔥花嘅香氣,味道更加香濃。每一口都帶出海鮮嘅鮮甜,真係讓人愛不釋手。安格斯牛版見珍珠飯同燒牛舌都非常好食。安格斯牛版見珍珠飯質地綿密,牛肉嫩滑多汁,加埋燒烤嘅香氣,真係味道一流。至於燒牛舌,肉質鮮嫩,燒烤後更加帶出咗牛肉嘅香味,令人食得滿足。燒牛仔骨同埋燒豬頸肉都係串燒中嘅經典之選。牛仔骨燒烤得剛好,肉質鮮嫩,愈嚼愈有味。燒豬頸肉則帶有豬肉獨有嘅香嫩口感,加上炭火燒烤嘅烤香,令味道更加豐富。
