精明消費的女朋友最擅長團購, 咁啱今期湘川滬有團購, 真係幾抵食, 已經好多年無再食過湘川滬, 今次正好趁團購機會返去試多次~~提起湘川滬, 呢間野真可謂係歷史悠久, 記得當年最初落戶葵青劇院開始, 小弟就已經經常光顧, 幾乎稱得上係半個飯堂, 想當年湘川滬的食物質素相當高, 而且價錢便宜, cp值真係高到無與倫比, 可惜後來大廚二廚相繼離開, 加上多次易手之後, 質素越來越差, 價錢又越加越貴, 漸漸就無再去光顧, 事隨幾年, 估唔到會返嚟再試多次~~甫一踏進湘川滬, 我當堂嚇左一跳, 然後就得啖笑, 是咁的, 皆因店內所有食桌都鋪上左酒樓專用果種白色枱布...我心想, 咩料呀? 你湘川滬假假地都算係半間中高檔次的菜館, 如今竟然搞到同屋邨酒樓無分別咁款, 昔日果種文化格調立時蕩然無存, 真係唔知好嬲定好笑... 餐牌外觀印象中都無變, 好似同當年差唔多款...傳說中的「識得飲必定係飲人蔘烏龍」的湘川滬名茶, 當年簡直係招牌咁滯, 可惜今天... 我靠, 怎麼我覺得自己在飲的只是加了茶色的水!? @@雞絲粉皮, 理論上來說冷盤的退步空間相對唔會太大, 事實上都仲勉強keep得住水準~

呢碟紅油抄手就真係退步得好緊要, 現今香港地好多餐廳整的抄手都只係「紅油」「水餃」, 但其實正宗的抄手同水餃係有分別的, 可惜今天連湘川滬都已經淪落到「抄手=水餃」的地步...

呢盤醃篤鮮真係不能不提, 盛惠$98, 價錢相當高, 睇落好似好大盤, 睇真d, 入面原來比起以前落少左勁多料!! 再試飲一下, 嘩! 無味嘅? 呢盤係水嚟架wo老細 (加上極微量雞精)...
