越南美食難以抗拒,久不久就會癮起想吃pho。這次找來了位於銅鑼灣的越南菜餐廳,裝飾像cafe,挺西式的。點了越南米紙卷、生熟牛肉湯河、燒牛肉湯河、香茅豬排撈檬及兩杯飲品。青檸梳打 - 微甜,清爽解渴香茅豬排撈檬份量剛剛好,加上特製酸汁很醒胃。香茅豬排燒得很香,加上各種香料,色香味俱全。配菜再多些會更好。燒牛肉湯河的湯底很出色,很夠味,不用配調味料,就這樣跟河粉一起吃已足夠。生熟牛肉湯河一半是牛肉,一半是牛展。不知湯底是否用牛骨熬製,很濃牛味,不錯,好吃!每碗湯河都配有芽菜、香葉和醬料,按個人喜好添加。越南米紙卷面層滿佈花生。個人比較喜歡點醋,因此另外點了酸甜醋。米紙卷入面是檬粉和生菜、青瓜,很清新。
