To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為一個典型既年青人,無論返part time定返學,每日做野做到3點幾就必定會想食野。美食方面,西灣河呢頭最出名當然係太安樓啦。但近排天氣咁熱,又有時落雨,反而想搵個有冷氣地方坐下,所以就過左對面既大快活。即煎西多士配珍寶腸($29)呢度下午茶選擇幾多既,睇餐牌主要分為西多士、燒雞脾同碗仔翅三大類。因為驚佢事先整定放係度會有衛生問題,我就叫左個即煎既西多士配珍寶腸餐。西多士新鮮整好,加埋熔熔地既牛油幾香脆幾好食;珍寶腸就不過不失,無論大小同味道都合格,算係預期之內啦;另外佢仲包埋一杯低糖凍綠茶,味道就一般,但炎炎夏日飲落都幾消暑,係個唔錯既選擇。總括而言,我覺得呢間快餐店下午茶係唔錯既,可以耐唔耐食一次。
