講真我本來對板長壽司已經放棄但係幫襯咗咁多年 又喺屋企附近 所以都想試下今次真係有驚喜師傅真係有心機做同埋客人又少服務又好但係我真係唔明點解以前有一條過嘅秋刀魚刺身而家又要拆幾塊出嚟做壽司咁樣邊有位食其他嘢呢本來諗住一嘢過叫兩條但係想食其他嘢而放棄咗佢最特別就係 用赤酢飯去做而佢真係 可以吊濃味魚嘅魚味出嚟秋天嘅秋刀魚真係特別肥美芝士飛魚子軍艦真係好好味夠曬足料好多魚子火炙魚背壽司竟然用咗赤酢飯嚟做 其實赤酢飯好少用喺白身魚上面佢咁樣做可能係想中和 呢種魚嘅肥膩不過我覺得唔係好match唔知銅鑼灣攞嘅貨同呢間攞嘅貨有咩分別但係呢間真係特別肥美新鮮啲可能今次我冇叫特價嘢食最令我意外係佢嘅火炙鵝肝壽司燒得啱啱好其實鵝肝真係幾難燒燒得太耐 佢又會燶同溶曬燒得唔夠又好容易成口油特別肥膩佢燒到外脆內軟真係難得

佢最特別就係 用赤酢飯去做
而佢真係 可以吊濃味魚嘅魚味出嚟
秋天嘅秋刀魚真係特別肥美
芝士飛魚子軍艦真係好好味
夠曬足料好多魚子
火炙魚背壽司竟然用咗赤酢飯嚟做
其實赤酢飯好少用喺白身魚上面
佢咁樣做可能係想中和 呢種魚嘅肥膩
不過我覺得唔係好match
唔知銅鑼灣攞嘅貨同呢間攞嘅貨有咩分別
但係呢間真係特別肥美新鮮啲
可能今次我冇叫特價嘢食
最令我意外係佢嘅火炙鵝肝壽司燒得啱啱好
其實鵝肝真係幾難燒
燒得太耐 佢又會燶同溶曬
燒得唔夠又好容易成口油
特別肥膩
佢燒到外脆內軟真係難得
