女朋友話帶我去食好西,但係又一直唔講食乜淨係話俾我聽個地點係尖沙咀,好神秘原來係食日本野呢一個前菜錦盒,有三層咁多第一層有豆腐蝦,松露蛋,雞丸,豬丸,漬蒜同埋青瓜雞絲擺設好靚,嘢食就好實在好有日本家庭風味一般嘅日式餐廳食唔到第二層有薯仔蓉,莫久菜,魚手押壽司,松前漬,水母腳薯仔蓉入邊拌左洋蔥,甘筍,煙肉咬落好有層次,莫久菜原來係海參腸同埋海菠蘿,真係唔講唔知,好爽脆松前漬就係海帶,甘筍混入希靈魚籽,食落口感似蘿蔔乾而第三層就係茶豆刺身由右向左係左口魚,池魚,間八同埋鰹魚每一樣刺身都配佢特有既配菜,碟上面樣樣都食得,貫切珍惜所有食材既原則西京燒銀雪魚同埋炸豬柳不論擺設,同埋味道,都深得我心豬柳好juicy 呢個咁得意嘅壺蘆,叫德利蒸,原來係蒸既海鮮上面有洋蔥,芝麻,拌埋酸汁好特別淺海池魚魚油豐富,好特別得沖繩先有既魷魚石垣貝肉質鮮甜,又爽脆獅魚要配上彊蓉及蔥段,特顯肉味更鮮天使蝦昆布有陣陣既昆布味,好新鮮非常滿足,味覺同視覺都十分滿足
