To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天整個facebook，也全是關於丸龜製麵收購了譚仔既資訊。當下知道消息，便開始在想譚仔將來的市場路線。究竟會否加價，或是會完全改變原本的菜式?個人十分喜歡吃三哥譚仔，並希望三哥譚仔，也不會被其他公司收購呢！希望三哥會秉承這個譚仔的家族生意，把譚仔獨有的口味，繼續傳承給下一代!於是今天下午，便立即去了三哥譚仔吃米線。與朋友一起share，點了蕃茄湯底的過橋米線。三哥譚仔的蕃茄湯底，與譚仔不一樣。三哥的比較酸甜，蕃茄的分量也相對地較多! 吃落會覺得比較新鮮好吃!雖然近年他加價加得很快，不過它的過橋米線套餐非常大，餸也有很多款，55元一碗，都可以接受呢！
