最近面書群組經常討論一間新開張小店,根據支持小店精神,就衝去試吓啦。.我們入到去,如果長期喺高溫環境下工作嘅話唔會覺得熱,但對於矯生慣養嘅人嚟講就熱喇。跟住我哋就點指兵兵點咗嘢食。首先到達嘅係沙律,呢個時候,奇異嘅事發生喇。.一打開個筷子櫃桶,將筷子拎出嚟之後。成手都係油(自行想像係乜),對筷子有油嘅,再望真啲,每支筷子都缺乏滋養,辣椒油啱啱好補充筷子嘅需要。.跟住拉麵同烏冬上枱,循例手機食先之後就起動筷子(呢個時間筷子已經換咗)。.食咗一啖,拉麵可以接受;至於個烏冬唔知係咪讀書少,硬係覺得唔係烏冬。結果搵谷歌大神求救,嗯,好似、應該係烏冬掛(其實到呢刻都唔肯定),但食落去真係似上海湯麵,很普通!.至於湯底,拉麵點了醬油湯底,不過不失,總係感覺非常普通,可以再好啲;而蕃茄湯底係全晚唯一推介,真材實料。兩塊叉燒不平均地厚切,食落有一種粗獷。豚肉,都係豚肉,除非唔係。.全晚高潮嚟喇。店長聲稱是溝通上的問題。大家評下理,首先我們第一次到餐廳,事前不知道原來入到餐廳每位點餐的客人都會有是日沙律送,然後店員稱凱撒沙律冇貨嘅關係,凱撒沙律變成兩盒綠茶。我們有點凱撒雞肉沙律,唔講清楚真以為係講緊我哋

總括而言,是晚食物質素可以做得更好。但重點都只係希望小店可以做得更好。
