源於法國嘅著名糕點大師Eric Kayser黎左香港開分店,見到佢係香港愈開愈多舖,襯果日WFH食晏時間就落去買個包食再繼續努力,同埋買定啲食材準備weekend摺在家中!位處於西營盤西餐廳林立嘅高街,開設一間源於法國嘅著名麵包店跟成條街嘅主題都幾match!舖頭面積外面睇落去唔算大,但原來入面都好深,有唔少座位!舖分開幾部分,近門口為麵包地區,入面有甜點、咖啡同埋收銀區域,再入面就係供客人堂食chill下嘅地方!麵包種類繁多,有牛角包、曲奇、cupcake同埋長法包,甜點方面都有唔少。Croissant($20)無餡牛角包,味道方面麵包帶有豐富嘅牛油味,外表焗到脆脆的,但可能因為唔係新鮮出爐就食,味道硬係唔係太突出,但整體都是滿意的。Almond Croissant($24)嗯,呢個包係我較為失望的...佢同之前個牛角包雖然都係外層好脆口,甜度都算係適中,但入面就係較失望嘅環節,因為好散....一咬入去就散晒,相對起淨牛角包,呢個包真係相對失色...Malesherbes Baguette ($27)長法包太長,影相唔夠靚所以我決定用麵包舖display算啦。以法包黎講,其實都係普普

Malesherbes Baguette ($27)
長法包太長,影相唔夠靚所以我決定用麵包舖display算啦。以法包黎講,其實都係普普通通,硬又唔夠出面嘅硬,入面都唔係太有味,不過好彩果晚整左個蕃茄湯,拎黎點都可以接受!

整體都係普普通通,價錢中上,可以一試但要慕名而來食就可以等順路先啦
