To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 偶爾行過元朗入咗一樓冰室、諗住簡簡單單食個飯冇乜特別 點知都係有少少哋中伏。唔知食咩好求其叫個叉燒炒蛋配肉燥飯正正常常諗住冇乜特別首先係我唔啱揀錯咗配沙律 一兜銀禧小食店醬多個菜嘅沙律九唔搭八死人都加啲木耳落去碟叉燒炒滑蛋出場 佢隔離都係有啲木耳再加一舊鹵水豆腐所有嘢嘅食 味道都冇乜問題.但係佢倒埋一碟就好似尋晚阿媽食淨啲舊餸咁樣最大嘅問題終於出現佢個師父似乎對於炒滑蛋同生雞蛋 似乎 分唔開佢炒雞蛋大概六成熟仲食得出生雞蛋嗰啲腥味.即時大打折扣傳個餐最好食就係兜肉燥飯其他嘢乏善足陳
